can I get a guidance of learning Jira, scrum master from beginner to advanced step by step through learning path or courses to get a certified and to start a new career in this field.
Hi @Reema Yadav
To start a career as a Scrum Master and understand Jira, first learn the Scrum framework and Agile mindset using the official Scrum Guide from Scrum.org
Next, build hands-on Jira skills through the official training platform from Atlassian and follow their free structured learning paths:
https://community.atlassian.com/learning
As you learn, practice by creating your own Jira project and simulating Scrum activities like sprint planning, backlog management and daily standups. Once you understand the basics, get a Scrum certification to validate your knowledge of Scrum principles. (e.g., PSM I from Scrum.org)
Optionally, you can strengthen your profile with Atlassian certifications:
Finally, focus on gaining practical experience (even small or simulated projects), since real-world application and communication skills are more important than certifications alone for landing a job.
Hope that helps :)
Hi @Reema Yadav
Adding to the other suggestions...find and utilize a mentor (i.e., a human being) who already has knowledge, skill, and experience in those areas to help you learn over time.
Kind regards,
Bill
