Our team uses a Kanban borad.
They use default columns of to do, inprogress, resolved, done.
we need to add extra columns for qa and BA process .
How do we do it on an existing board and map status ?
Do we need to create a new work flow ?
Will this impact all the issues in route currently?
Can we revert changes if something goes wrong?

Ok if you are the board admin @Joseph kattumgal you can go to:
board settings -> columns -> then add the columns you want and move them so that the issues go through the transitions you want.

How do I connect it with statuses. This will be work flow change right?
