I have the service desk model and I have opened a new portal for a new department and I have copied all my scheme and pattern from the one I am using now, I have defined a new email and I the system works fine and case are open from emails
but when I enter a case I don't have the option to "Respond to customer " and also "Resolve this issue"
I have tried it all and I can't find a way to bring back this option so I need help
