blank screen on home.atlassian.com teams and people and projects

Mikhail Rogachev
March 2, 2026

After login, project/teams/people pages in Jira show a completely blank white screen on all devices (PC, phone) and all networks (home Wi-Fi, mobile network, VPN).
Home page works, login works, but project views do not load.
Console shows CSP report-only warnings and Sentry 429 rate limit, but nothing critical.

Hi @Mikhail Rogachev

Atlassian/Jira status looks green right now, so this doesn’t appear to be a platform outage. If you’re getting a blank page, try the easy browser fixes first: hard‑refresh and clear site data for Atlassian, open in an Incognito/Private window with all extensions disabled, and (if you’re on Safari/iOS) temporarily turn off Prevent cross‑site tracking and make sure cookies aren’t blocked; also try another browser/profile. These steps align with Atlassian’s browser troubleshooting and usually clear render issues.

Hope this helps!

I have tried:
- change browser (chrome, firefox, edge)
- turn off all extensions
- use incognito
- change network
- use VPN
- change OS (tried on smartphone Android)
- change profile

HI @Mikhail Rogachev

Can users try another browser or clear cache and cookies, disable any browser plugins.

Is the browser they use the latest version?

What if you try it on a non-company device?

Are you on Cloud or an On-premise installation, please contact your Jira admin, if not sure.

Hi @Mikhail Rogachev

Can you access any other app like Jira, Confluence etc or the problem is just related with the home? And also are your logins from Corporate AD (identity providers are enabled or not)?

Usually, when you access the "home.atlassian.com" or any other Atlassian site, it is getting tokens from id.atlassian.com and returns that token to the page. If any identity provider is enabled, the token is getting from the identity provider and moves to Atlassian sites.

So, probably you are getting an error on this token process; which may cause of the identity provider configuration (Callback URL etc.).

Hello @Mikhail Rogachev

Different question, but do you have access to projects? Since you mentioned project views do not load, for some reason i though about permissions.

i tried it on account without any projects - no loading, so no access, i suppose
