billing adminstrator left the company - account should be blocked

We have a problem. The billing administrator has left the company. I would like to update the payment method otherwise the account is blocked. Can you help me?

I no longer have the employee's passwords for an account. I can't find a way to open a ticket anywhere on the contact page. At the moment we are still in the free version.
