attaching a form via automation after the form has been submitted

Ok, the more details part:

 

I have a service project for onboarding new employees within this request type is a form to be filled out.

 

Once the form is submitted the automation creates a new task in the IT support software project, but I have tried everything i can think of and cannot find a way of attaching the form, from the service project to the new issue in the software project.

 

I've even created a test service project to find out if the problem was moving from service to software project.

I've also tried doing reve

Hi Jeff,

The forms used by JSM are not the same forms used by Jira Software. You cannot attach a JSM form to a Jira Software project.

I looked at this for hours and couldn't for the life of me figure it out, so i said well the form only has 5 check boxes, just format them in the issue ticket and automate the check boxes to replicate into the new issue.

 

it works, but it is bugging me why i cannot push that damn form into the new issue created on form submission.
