Hi,

Per the https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/ - Domain verification may take time (not more than 24-48 hours). If that's past 72 hours, kindly re-verify domain using the same TXT option. Make sure that you've added the correct domain (.com.xyz vs .com).

If this doesn't work - try to delete the existing domain record and re-verify it.

Previously, entered the defaultvalue  for TTL option(3600). Now followed  the below steps on 03/03/2022

  1. Go to your DNS host and find the settings page for adding a new record.

  2. Select the option for adding a new record and paste the txt record to the Value field (may be named Answer or Description).

  3. Your DNS record may have the following fields:

    • Record type: Enter 'TXT'

    • Name/Host/Alias: Leave the default (@ or blank)

    • Time to live (TTL): Enter '86400'

  4. Save the record.

Verifie the domain 03/7/2022 but still getting the below message

The Domain could not  be verified

DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to update depending on your DNS host. Please try agin later

I would suggest you to raise a concern with Atlassian Support once (sometimes the Verification could be an issue at Atlassian end)

Also, try to get in touch with your DNS system admin for any kind-of firewall block or etc details.
