Are we able to give Team Leaders permissions to see any of their teams requests?

When you talk about an "IT ticket", do you mean an issue (Task, Story, ...) in Jira Software?
Do you want to notify Team Leaders of a new ticket or provide them with an overview of newly created tickets in a dashboard?
Hi Dave,
We've had a request from a Team Leader that they'd like to be included in new tickets raised by there department.
We have the option to add them as a participant but requires the staff to add in the Line manager manually. Unsure if we can automate this is anyway?
