Hi guys,

 

I have tickets for my entire team, howver i am trying to create a workflow in which any ticket that is assigned to me will switch to "assigned to my supervisor" when the status is waiting for approval. I was able to create automation for it being assigned to my supervisor, but now ALL tickets are being assigned to her for approval which is incorrect

I suspect that you would want to add another condition such that only tickets that are assigned to you get reassigned.

use JQL condition - assignee = “navjeet kaur”
