Hello,

It looks like the Jira job handler is failing on an Hipchat integration module, which is part of a bundled plugin.

The error you are running into looks like it is hitting a dependency error on a disabled bundled plugin very similar to but not exactly the same as what is described in the following KB article:

Basically a disable module or portion of that modules integration did not start correctly and jira is attempting to pull up the HC module during the page load, because the module is disabled it isn’t available so the error is thrown.

The same method mentioned in the KB above should help locate the disabled bundled plugin, with some additional details on re-enabling disabled plugins int he following kb article as well:

Also I would recommend checking the latest start up logging as well for a section titled "FAILED Plugin Report" that if present should give some additional details as to where the failure is occuring if this is the case.

Let me know if this is what is happening and what you find.

Regards,
Earl
