after I added new users, my testing period was reduced to one week, instead of a month. Why?

I created a JIRA page and wanted to test it for one month. After I added accounts for my colleagues, I was asked to indicate payment method. because the billing would start in one week. I expected to have one month for testing.

The trial period for Cloud is a week.  I suspect you've confused that with the month-long trials for server version.
