I want to first check that I understand your situation correctly.
You have an Atlassian Cloud Organization.
In that Organization you have two Sites.
Each site has a Jira product and a Confluence product.
You want to move one Site (one pair of Jira and Confluence) out of the existing Organization to a new Atlassian Cloud Organization.
Is that correct?
There is a process to transfer all Sites and Products to a new Organization, but there is not a process to transfer only selected Sites to a new Organization. There are change requests to add that functionality:

I think your only option is to perform a Cloud to Cloud Migration, and move the products from the current Site in your current Organization to a new Site in the new Organization.

I am using jira software and confluence 2 each.
Example) Feels like using two sites: abc.atlassian.com and def.atlassian.com
When you access admin.atlassian.com, it is integrated with adb.
Check how to separate it?
What I want is to have adb and def separated on the admin site.
By choosing an Atlassian organization
Previously it was abc, but it needs to be changed so that you can select abd or def.
