adding additional fields to project details page

Adding additional fields to project details page when create a project or after. (Not Issue Details) How can I do that? Can someone guide me for this please.

JIRA doesn't have project level fields, the header in your screenshot is a fixed list.

As well as the request Tarun mentions, there's an add-on called "Pro Fields" which implements project fields (and enables some of them to be summaries and calculations).  Might be worth a try, rather than waiting or writing your own.
