adding a status to a new column

Hi, I am an admin and I added a new column however I can't add a status hence the new column isn't showing in my active sprint. We are not using simplified workflow for the project and couldn't figure out how to add the status if not using that. Thanks

Hi @Dalya Aljuboori and welcome to the community!

Assuming this is a Company-Managed project, there are two steps:

  1. Update your workflow: You first need a corresponding status added to your workflow.
  2. Add the board column: Once the workflow has been updated, the new status will appear in your board column configuration, enabling you to map it to the appropriate column.
