We need to include customer also in the Jira project page as customer access. But this customer should not able to see some of internal company comments or chat in tasks ( should able to hide internal comments from customer even they have access to project page. We know it is possible to service ticket or service management by hiding comment internal or customer but in this case, customer is collaborating inside project page but company team should require piravcy in term of comments in task.
We searched online for answer but seems all answer are for service management board only.
We are in team managed kanban project setting.
