Hi
I've active sprint's, but I can not find a related board to them and I'm not able to close the sprint. I don't need them anymore. Is there a way to close active sprints without a board?
Hello @Daniel Hofmann
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Have you used the Advanced Issue Search to look for issues in those sprints? If there are no issues currently assigned to those sprints then you will need to assign that sprint to an issue to find its board. If there are issues associated to the sprint(s) already, open one of the issues and proceed as follows:
Within the issue click on that sprint name within the issue.
That will give you a list of boards on which your issue appears.
The sprint belongs to one of those boards.
Open each of those boards.
Then, go back to the original issue and remove the sprint from the issue.
Then, refresh each board. One or more of them should still display the sprint.
If more than one still displays the sprint, you will have to remove the sprint from any other issue to which it has been assigned to get to the sprint being empty. Then the only board where it should remain is the one where it was created. You should then be able to close the sprint, assuming you have Manage Sprint permissions in all the projects referenced in the board's filter.
Wow that was the solution! Thank you so much for your fast answer!
