account update on trello made disappear a whole board with everything inside from my account.

Hi, 

Yesterday I added a new picture on my trello account and updated my username. 

Email was not updated. However the board that I was working on totally disappeared. I was the admin of the project and all my team that I invited is able to access but not able to invite me back. 

Somehow it looks like my original account maintained it's previous setting: old username and no picture. All my older boards and personal ones are still there. 

Is there a way to regain access ? that was the really important job board I used on a daily basis.

I'm able to see that your account is linked to Trello, but not linked to a Jira Cloud site. 

Is this account that you are using in community the account that was also linked to a Jira site?

Were you the only site administrator? 

Since community is public, is up to you if you want to share the site URL or the email address and if you don't want that, please, reach out to our customer advocates or support on support.atlassian.com/contact and add the Jira URL and the email address that should have access to the site, so they will be able to see all the details and help you with this issue.
