Hello, A colleague of mine from SHIFT do not have access to iSHIFT jira tool. Please advise how to request access and who to contact

I'm afraid you are asking in the wrong place.  We're a community of people here to talk Atlassian, we are not the administrators of your iShift Jira (they might be here, but they wouldn't expect help requests to come from here).  I think you've clicked on "help with Jira in general" instead of "help with iShift Jira"

I would ask your colleague to get you in touch with the administrators.
