The webhook is fired under the following conditions.

I would like to include the date and time when the status was changed to in progress in the payload sent at that time.
Is it possible?
It seems that the smart value {{changelog.status}} gives you access to all changes of the status field.
I am not sure about the syntax of the precise expression, but in this list you should look for the first entry where the new value is "In progress".
