a Partner of us use Jira too, is it possible that employees from us work with employees from them, without creating new useraccounts?

We and a partner from HK are using Jira, now we want to optimize the suport process but noone wants to create new usersaccounts and to pay for it, because everyone already pays for his own employees. Is there a possibilty to merge Users/Employees together for several projects?

If you may, just use a generic account that everybody knows that the username/password is. This have setbacks though, traceability is one thing.
