Zephyr is nor opening with shared link from team

I have access for JIRA and there no need to take saperate access for Zphyr but still i am not able zephyr

Can you share some additional details of what you are trying to access? Also, how is Zephyr configured?

Which Zephyr app are you using?

Are you a Jira admin (and if not, can you contact your admin to help in troubleshooting)?
