Zephyr - Test execution hangs

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have trail version of Zephyr - 1.0.27-AC and is planning to procure it after trial period.
The testing was working fine till yesterday and from today when we click the 'Execute' button it simply shows the loading screen and nothing else happens. Please help us fix this at the earliest. Attaching screen shot
