I got an email stating that my organization has been deleted due to inactivity.
I have a personal Trello Board with 10 boards and don't have any organisation. I have been inactive recently but definitely don't want them to be deleted.
Can someone help me and restore my Trello account?
organisation id: 89441161-ba7f-4f8e-9a88-373578ea3089
.
The Atlassian Organization that was deleted isn't directly connected to any Trello products. Instead this is used by Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud sites. it appears that you had an Atlassian Cloud site back in 2021 that has since been deleted. This site had a url such as [yoursite].atlassian.net
When that site was deleted the organization for that site was likely left inactive. Historically Atlassian never has had a mechanism to clean up those old orgs, and no previous automation to delete these. But as of recently the team that manages these has started to delete these old orgs that are not being used, meaning there are no Jira/Confluence/JSM products under these orgs, and there are no claimed/managed domains under these orgs. In these cases, there is likely nothing being lost by deleting this organization because it is not really being used by Trello in anyway. Deleting an organization doesn't delete user accounts from our system.
That said, if you would still like to restore this previous org, I can create a support ticket on your behalf to do so, but I do not expect that this will affect a Trello account. But if that is the problem, perhaps we need to get you in touch with our Trello support team instead.
Either way, please let me know.

@Andy Heinzer terrible communication by Atlassian. Kind of unbelievable send such stark emails. Hire more people who know how to communicate without fear. This is unfortunately common, if don't use an instance even thought it is said to be free get a nasty warning as if did something wrong.
My point is it's a solvable problem, send clear messages, less aggressive, less trying to scare into action.

@Andy Heinzer - Another customer for you. Can Atlassian send out a notice to them prior to this explaining what is going on in more detail? Was that done already and the customer has ignored it?

There was an email sent out to the owners of old orgs, informing them that we have deleted these old and inactive orgs. These were not being used in any meaningful way for months.
That said, we haven't always communicated well what an org's function was. So there is some confusion as to what this means to delete it or restore it. Restoring an org doesn't restore any Cloud sites that might have previous been under that org. Also, there is another problem in regards to users that don't currently have a paid support contract with us. Trying to contact Atlassian support without that tends to redirect users here to Community, as free plans don't have direct technical support offered to them.
That said, we can create a support case on behalf of the users that post here to community requesting to restore their organization.

Hi @Shri Satibhavani Mataji Temple
I could create a support ticket on your behalf. However in order to do so, I need to know the organization Id in question. That info should be included in the email received if it was recently deactivated.
