Your memory allocation pool settings need attention

Hi Team,

We have procured Jira Software (Server) 10 Users: Starter License (SEN-12811542)

I have installed Jira Software 7.13.0 version in Windows 10 OS. It got successfully installed but after launching the application in chrome browser (localhost:8080/login.jsp) its showing "Your memory allocation pool settings need attention".

Could you please help me with solution on high priority. Its really very critical and your prompt action would be highly appreciated.

Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/startup-check-increasing-jira-application-memory-limits-939939840.html and increase your JVM memory accordingly.

BTW, If you need urgent support on any issues, you could raise a ticket with Atlassian support directly https://support.atlassian.com/

Thanks for your post. I have already gone through this link. After changes also, still getting JVM warning error. If I ignore and proceed, its asking for JIRA admin credential and its not accepting the credentials what we are entering.
FYI - I have already reach Jepperson Lim from Atlassian and he suggested to go with community since we are entitled to starter license.
Please call or send a mail, I will provide you screenshots & credentials what we are trying. Kindly do the needful at earliest.
