Hi! We were using Jira for over 5 years, and last week it was disabled due to suspended licence.
Currently, we have 2 administrators in project, but both of them don't have access and can't update billing information. I guess jira creator is no longer working at the company.
Already found similar topics, but I can't create a request to support because the button 'Continue raising request' is not working.
Are there any ways to fix this? Or any ways to contact with atlassian support? Or just any ways to export tasks?

The error indicates your account is suspended due to inactivity, follow below steps
Note: You need to provide business justifation for re-assigment of permissions, keep it handy to make the process easy.
