Hello Everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue while trying to send a "POST" request to JIRA software through integrator.io to create an issue.

My objective is to connect or import cases created in NetSuite into JIRA as issues. However, I keep encountering an error message stating "You do not have permission to create issues in this project."

I have verified that the token is correctly implemented, as it indicates that the connection is online. Additionally, I am using the admin user to trigger the flow.

At this point, I am uncertain about where I might have gone wrong. As I am currently on the free plan, I would appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue.

When you say the token is correct, do you mean you generated an API token for some user in Jira?

If so, is the user account for which you generated to token a user that has access to create issues in the specified destination project?
