[Xray] issue type "Test Plan"

Hello,

I am a new user of JIRA and my company is now using the Xray add on for testing managment solution.

But there is a problem, when I follow instructions of "getting started" 's guide I see that I can add a new Test plan.

However I can't have the issue type "test plan". Do you know how to get this issue type enable? Is there a specific configuration of xray or Jira?

Hi, 

Test Plan issue type have been introduced in Xray v2.

In order to use Test Plan or other issue type from Xray you must either create an Xray project or configure an existing project to be used as Xray project .

Did you use any of these options?

Hi,

This issue is resolved, the test plan is enable from 2.0 version. My sysAdmin said to me that we are currently in 1.12.5 and the update is planed in 2 weeks. Thanks for your answer, Have a good day ^^.
