Hi Jira Community,
We are currently in the process of migrating from our on-premise Jira Data Center to the Jira Cloud Sandbox.
We've successfully migrated several XRay projects, but have encountered a persistent issue with our latest migration. Despite our best efforts, the process fails repeatedly and the error message we receive does not provide any actionable information.

We have reached out to the XRay support team, but are yet to identify a viable solution. Therefore, we're hopeful that someone within this community has experienced a similar issue, and might be able to offer some insight or guidance on how we should proceed.
