XRAY Add user groups to add xray issue types option doesn't appear

The field "Add user groups to add xray issue types " to configure XRay doesn't appear in the Miscellaneous menu. 

How can configure the Xray?

You may want to contact the vendor or post the question on the third party app section since this is pertaining to Xray and not Jira.
