Wow, how come User Management is so hard to find?

Wow, how come User Management is so hard to find?

I have admin rights and read a number of posts including JIRA help but there's simply no way to find the User Management menu option. Isn't that supposed to be the most basic function?

On Cloud, it's Settings -> user management.

On Server, it's Admin cog -> user management.

If it's not there on Server, then you don't have admin rights on Server, if it's missing from Cloud, you don't have Admin or Site Admin

Hi Nic, thanks for that, is simple enough. I was told I had the access and then got impatient when I couldn't find it, sorry for that...
