Would like to transfer custom fields from project card to a PDF "Job Ticket"

We use JIRA for our print production and would like to export to a PDF for a Job Ticket to follow the project to each department.

Hi Brad — Jira Cloud's built-in "Print details" won't include your custom fields the way you want, and there's no native job-ticket export.

I built Print Cards for exactly this kind of workflow: it prints issues as physical cards straight from a board/backlog, and at 2 per page (or larger sizes) works well as a job ticket you hand to each department.

Could you please explain the situation in more detail?

Are you trying to physically print work item details to distribute them across departments?

And is the issue that the printed document is missing values from custom fields?
