Would like to know clearly how to figure whether I have the admin access to Jira.Secondly ,How can I assign project to the team members

Hello,

You can open the cog wheel (see the screenshot below), and if you can see such items as Issues, Add-ons, System, then you are an admin.

To assign project to team members, grant the assignable user permissions to the team members in the project permissions scheme. You can find more info here:
