Hi Atlassian community =)
When the user selects a date from the calendar, we get a date and time format error! ( 
The default calendar in English substitutes the date. 1/Aug/23
The user's system language is Russian. But the calendar selects only the English version.
It is very annoying during work because you have to manually change from English to Russian.
Some users when changing the system language also change the language in the calendar, but not all of them.
