Hi,

In the Plans timeline view, when I click the expand arrow next to a workstream,
it shows a loading indicator but then the arrow disappears and child issues
are not displayed.

However, when I open the workstream detail page directly, the child issues
are visible there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Plans timeline view
2. Click the expand arrow next to a workstream
3. Arrow disappears after loading, no child issues shown

Expected: Child issues should appear under the workstream
Actual: Arrow disappears, child issues not shown

Hello @임재혁

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What is the status of those missing items? Is it a green/Done status? If so when were they moved to that status?

Completed items may be excluded from the plan based on when they were completed.

  • Go to Plan Settings.
  • Select the Work in Your Plan option
  • Click the Removed Work Items tab

There you will find the setting for removing completed items. You can also check the other options for removing items from the plan to see if those account for the missing items.

Also check the scope of your plan to see if it includes those items. That is on the Overview tab at the same location.
