Hello everyone,
Our entire team has been unable to access our Jira workspace for two week now. Every team member, including the workspace owner/admin, is getting the same error.
ERROR MESSAGE:
"Page unavailable - Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."
WORKSPACE DETAILS:
- Workspace URL: mraiamalahmed.atlassian.net
- Duration: 2 week (started around Jan 25, 2026)
- ALL team members affected
- Workspace no longer appears in account license list
- Checked Atlassian Status - no known issues reported
WHAT WE'VE TRIED:
- Waited more than the suggested 5-10 minutes
- Checked Atlassian Status page
- Multiple team members tried from different devices/networks
- All getting same error
QUESTIONS:
1. Has anyone experienced this before?
2. What causes a workspace to be unavailable this long?
3. Could this be a billing/subscription issue?
4. How can we restore access?
This is severely impacting our work. Any help would be appreciated!

If the site has disappeared from the license list and no one can access it, this is almost always a site suspension, usually tied to billing or a cancelled subscription. Atlassian doesn’t auto-recover these after a few minutes.
Your next step is to contact Atlassian Support directly and ask them to check the site status and billing history for mraiamalahmed .atlassian .net. They’re the only ones who can confirm why it was deactivated and restore it if possible.
