Worklog time not reflected in the sprint completed time

how to reflect the completed time for the sprint task?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

Are you team members using a time tracking function to log the time they spend working on each issue?

How did you get to this report?

I have a couple of projects, some using company managed, some using team managed.

For both types of managed projects, had activated the time tracking functions. The members are able to worklog, attached screenshot for your reference.

The 1st screenshot shared is from the Burnup report.
