Worklog History Report

Dear Team,

We have configured a project in JIRA Software cloud. We wish to see the entire worklog history for an issue throughout its life cycle. Basically the need is all people from different teams collectively spent how much time on a single task. Any JQL would be also fine. Since JIRA captures the worklog date and time and stores internally, it should be possible.

Thank you Alexander for your reply.

But we are looking for JQL or a JIRA report which could extract the data (which is already available in our JIRA Subscription). I also found some good apps but adding cost to company.
