I have created an workflow and want, each time a user moves a ticket to some status, for him to have a message asking him to add a reason why he moved it (from given) reasons.
Question: Can we preset give reasons for him? Maybe have a separate field asking him to choose option from (but is it possible for him to do in the prompt message he will get at the transition)?

you can't have a screen pop up to have them fill in but you can restrict the transition.
