Workflow showing up blank on Screen page when assigning as a transaction page

Hey guys, not sure what's going on here but just trying to get a transaction screen set when creating a story. The workflow diagram shows the screen set and the draft has been published. I've done similar screens for Closing stories. But the screens aren't showing up when creating the stories and if I look int the Screen pages, its showing up with a dash like there should be a workflow there but then its blank. Any ideas?
