Workflow condition

Hey,

We already have JSU, but unsure how we can achieve the below.

"XYZ" Workflow should be modified to behave based on value of "Approver (process role)" field (Text field):
- value "N/A" or blank: approval is not needed
o "Ready for Approval" button is hidden
- value does not equal ("N/A" or blank): approval is mandatory
o the workflow can proceed forward only by "Ready for Approval" button
o "OK and Approval Not Needed" button is hidden

Anyone who can help me if we can have this added in any of the condition or the script which we can use, also have behaviour installed in JIRA.

You could try with a custom field condition on both the approval and non approval transition.

JSU provides the custom field condition option.
