Hello! :) Please advise:
Statuses work strangely (they are displayed one at a time on the diagram), when adding the "TSP" transaction. But it is necessary that they be connected as a tree structure (screenshot: an example of a similar transaction, how it should be on the output)

I don't quite understand how to implement it :(

HOW IT SHOULD BE IN THE RESULT :

You could use an "all status can go to this status" transition, but the "tree" you are seeing in your last screenshot is done by re-using a transition.

If you go to a status and add a transition to it, the pop-up box offers you a "reuse transition"  option, which lists exiisting transitions that can be reused.

This looks to me like the transition to Escalated is an "All" transition.  What I don't see are the transitions between the other statuses. I assume those move in series? But this does not appear to be a workflow (no entry point and no exit). I recommend you read read up on state machines. "Statuses" represent states where work is done. Transitions represent the passing of work from one person/process to another, although Waiting can be a status, multiple wait states doesn't make a lot of sense.
