Workflow - From Complete to Reopen

Hi,

I am in QA Team, How can I reopen a bug , if the fix is not proper. Developer is moving it to Complete state and assigning it to me , I am unable to reopen the defect

You should have a look at your workflow settings. There must be a transition available from the Complete state to the Open state. If such a transition is not available, then you should create it. Kindly read the following documentation:
