Workato unable to establish connection with JIRA

HI, 

I encountered the following error when I attempted to establish connection with JIRA from Workato:

"Connection failed

Connections may fail due to insufficient permissions or invalid connection settings. Check that you have the necessary permissions and all the fields in your connection settings are correct."

Workato is accessing the JIRA subdomain through an API tokens:

<myWorkspaceName>.atlassian.net/jira/your-work

The JIRA API token is access from the token specified in the URL below, and it has not reached its expiry date yet:

https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

I have granted Workato access to the JIRA and it is listed in list of permitted apps into JIRA:  https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps

However, the connection failed error still occured. Could anyone please suggest other aspects that I'd need to check?

Hello

This may seem like an obvious answer, but have you checked that you don't have any firewall rules or back-end communications that are limiting your connection or denying access?
