Work Time & Time Off Tracking

Hello all,

Is there a way to format work time and time off tracking within Plans? I have an example below that demonstrates what I'd like to see; I'd like to translate that into a user-friendly format within Plans or any other applicable section within Jira.

Hi @Brayden Guill and welcome to the Community!

No, the focus of Plans is different. Rather than focusing on the presence of your individual team members, it lets you specify the number of days / story points your team (rather than individuals) can deliver in a certain timeframe. Estimating your issues then helps to determine how much work fits into such a timeframe for your team.

Having information like that in your Excel at hand when you plan work can of course be helpful to cater for changes in your team capacity, but the tool is not designed to manage / display people's capacity in that way.

The Atlassian marketplace does offer more traditional Gantt-like apps that can extend your Jira with this type of capabilities, if you need them.
