Within the past week Jira has stopped showing pull requests under Development or Git Integration

I create my branches within Git Integration keeping the default naming convention. The branches then appear under Development and Git Integration.

Previously I have been able to create a pull request using GitHub desktop and the pull request appeared under Development and Git Integration. After merging I would delete the branch leaving the merged pull request displayed under Development and Git Integration.

However, in the past week the pull requests have stopped being displayed under Development or Git Integration though the branches do.

I have checked the integration logs and apart from the occasional rate limit errors I see no other issues when indexing - the pull requests are being successfully requested by Jira.

Here is a screenshot showing older pull requests being displayed.

Have there been any recent changes that could explain this behaviour?
