Windows Authentication on Jira Database Connection Utility

We are in the middle of changing out database connection to our SQL cluster and we notice that using Windows authentication does not work. Originally it was setup for SQL authentication only but we want use Windows instead. Is this possible? Right now trying Windows we can't connect to the DB using JIRA Configuration Tool.

Right now our production is down so can we receive a response asap.
