Will JIRA 8.18.1 supports "View and understand your deployment insights"

We need your help in testing below new features with respective JIRA on our bitbucket test instance "https://bitbuckettest.vih.infineon.com/projects/butesting" version 7.17.0

Below new features are supported by JIRA (data center) 8.18.1 version?
