We have been using jira since 2020, we have created a project in 2021 and now in 2022;
As usual our team has started creating task in the three last weeks, but unfortunatly we are not enable to create a new task and or incidents in our blackboard anymore, despite we all have the atributs of management in jira.
The key problem is: We select to create the task and or incident, also writting the informatión and when we click on create, it says: "created ... J24 xxx" but when we are going to review the task it doesn't appear in our keyboard.
When we used jira in 2021, this situation never happened.
Could someone help us please?
@JONATHAN RODRIGUEZ , Check the filter you are using to display issues on your board. The JQL is probably referencing the old projects and does not include the new project you have created.

In that case check the queues if anyone has modified those filters? / no filters are active.

What does keyboard mean, not able to understand.. If you send some screenshots maybe we can help.

I see this Team Managed Project
Go to Project Settings --> Board Settings . There check if a columns are mapped with the status of the workflow.
