I am the administrator of a JIRA Cloud site. No entry/portal for me to add our self-holded SMTP service to the site to sending notification(s). The *outgoing mail* page is blank ... :-( I believe the login is the administrator (site).

Anybody can help us? How where to  add the SMTP server? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Pei-Feng Liu

Jira Cloud does not support adding your own SMTP Server. :(
Jira Cloud comes with a built-in SMTP service.

It is explained here: Functional differences in Jira Cloud products

What you can do, is configure your Jira Cloud's built-in SMTP to send emails on behalf of your domain: Configuring Jira Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain

I hope this helps.

Cheers
Niklas
