Why the сustom field with advanced type is not displayed?

I added a custom field of the standard type and everything is ok. But when I add to the same screen a custom field like Advanced (Message Custom Field (for view)), I do not see it on that screen. I need to show my developers only notification on transaction screen and i did't find it on standart type fields.

Make sure that this field is present on field configuration scheme, assotiated with this issue type into project.

Notification on transition could be placed into

• transition description
• description of custom field, which present on screen
